President Rodrigo Duterte rebuked and balked at medical professionals for trying to “demean” the efforts of his government, by asking for a respite from their work to rest and recharge and calling for a revolution.
He onion-skinned leader of the Philippines threatened that he would quash any signs of revolt from the medical frontliners.
Later he pulled out his statement.
The health workers strangely apologized for the "misunderstanding" saying that it was "leftist elements" using their protest. This is however not true. Duterte was referring to a letter written by the medical frontliners.

I believe that Solicitor General Jose Calida Jr. is a truly honest man. Well, he is honest about everything he says. He had Executive Spokesman Salvador Panelo to lie for him. Among these honest statements are these I list below. Thishonesty is his policy. And that is not a typographical error. Pronounce as you would, dishonest.
1) Since he took over the OSG the case backlog increased to over a million. It's not his fault. His office was pursuing and spending more time, fighting Duterte critics with unproven theories of rebellion. He was thishonest to say that "it was not a backlog." Though he was trading barbs with Vice President Leni Robredo, he still did not properly address the question on the backlog and simply excused himself by saying VP Leni is unaware of “functions and internal workings of the OSG.”
2) Under his watch, the OSG spent P14 million on plane tickets, hotels, and office supplies. The COA flags his office for this in 2019. He sets aside the COA's questions due to his because he was just thishonest!
3) In 2017, Calida claimed President Duterte has an organic immunity from suit that would spare him from any investigation by the International Criminal Court (ICC) or the Commission on Human Rights (CHR). He is thishonest he forgot what he was saying so the ICC reminded him to be just honest.

4) In 2018 the security firm he runs with his family bags a P150M in service deals from the government, including the DOJ which supervises the budget of his office. Being thishonest he said this deal was not onerous because it was transparent.

5) Just yesterday, he bullied ABS-CBN reporter Mike Navallo saying "palagi mo akong binabanatan ah, abogado ka rin pala eh." He also challenged Navallo and said "magkita tayo sa court." He claimed he is thishonest because he just "said it like it is."
6) The Solicitor General is the Chief lawyer of the republic. Tasked to represent the people of the Philippines, the Philippine government, its agencies, instrumentalities, officials, and agents in any litigation, proceeding, or investigation before the Supreme Court and the Court of Appeals. 7) Thishonest Calida actual annual salary should only be P1,828 million, with P913,950 in allowances. Thishonest act is the another manifestation that proves how thishonest this man, sworn to defend our Government, is.
